Welcome to The Reset. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://trythereset.com/ (the “Site”), as well as any digital products, memberships, programs, educational materials, and related services offered through the Site.
The Reset is operated by INFINITYMOZ LLC, doing business as The Reset (“The Reset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products or services from The Reset.
2. Digital Products and Services
The Reset provides digital educational and wellness-related content, which may include digital guides, workbooks, recipes, educational materials, member resources, online community access, and other digital content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
Access instructions are provided electronically following successful payment.
3. The Reset Membership
Where a membership subscription is selected, the following billing terms apply:
Initial payment: $3.99 USD
Your payment method will be charged $3.99 at the time of purchase.
Unless you cancel before the first renewal, your membership will then automatically renew as follows:
First renewal: $42 USD, 7 days after your initial purchase.
Thereafter:
$42 USD every 30 days until canceled.
By affirmatively selecting the membership option and completing your purchase, you authorize The Reset and its payment service providers to automatically charge the payment method you provide according to this billing schedule until you cancel.
The membership does not require a minimum commitment unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, if any, may be added during checkout.
We reserve the right to modify future pricing. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law before the new pricing becomes effective.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges described at checkout.
7. Digital Delivery
Digital products and membership access are delivered electronically.
Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is accurate and accessible.

8. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your own personal use.
